You would have to have been hiding under a rock to not know how popular the "shredded" boyfriend jean look has become! Paired with some stiletto's, they can easily be dressed up or down.  I am a fan of buying nice shoes and purses, because well-made, fashion-forward, affordable clothes are all too easy to find! An investment purse can be worn for years and years, and even handed down through generations... So I highly recommend saving money in the clothing game and putting it towards a smart, thought-out purchase.  Happy Monday!

Believe it or not, I occasionally will do preppy. With my own lace, see through shirt, and zebra pumps twist.. of course.  This look is like a modern day Breakfast at Tiffany's; great for lunch with the girls or a mid-week date night.  I really try to stay away from black in the warmer months, but its soooooo hard! If you have this similar "problem" try adding some pastel accessories as I did.

I feel like a dreary day like today called for an intergalactic, purple sequined jacket.  YES you can wear statement pieces like this during the day, as long as you dress it down with neutral colors and textures.  I didn't want to go the all black route, so I added grey skinnies for an unexpected touch.  Although this jacket isn't vintage, 80's sequined blazers are the ultimate treasure when I am on the thrift store hunt.

Ok, ok.... I know its been forever! I am officially in town for the rest of the summer so there will be no more disappearing acts!  This is one of my favorite shoots thus far; I've been dying to style these "boots" for a while now.  Since they are so sexy, I toned it down with an over-sized sweater and simple accessories.  Not exactly a summer outfit, but when it comes to practicality in fashion... I am guilty of wearing stilettos in the snow. So there.

How FUN is this outfit! I am all about the sporty trend which is literally everywhere;  it think its even more unexpected when you mix it with elements like leather, pastels, and strappy heels.  And these parrot earrings from Melody Ehsani are pretty much my favorite accessory I have purchased this spring.  Last minute craziness before I am off again, this time to Miami and St Barths... I cannot wait to show you guys all the outfits I have planned for that.  St Barths' fashion is like eclectic hippie on acid; all and all, my favorite place on earth.

I have been DYING to utilize the two parks that are literally a block away from me.  I'm such a baby when it comes to the cold, which explains why I go to Miami so often.  I also thought it was about time to do some more casual outfits; not as exciting, but we can't wear clubbing clothes everywhere!  I picked up this amazeballs jacket when I was in Hong Kong last weekend, the shopping there is just so dangerous.
